Asian Cucumber Salad

This crisp Asian Cucumber Salad is made with baby cucumbers marinated in a simple Asian dressing and seasoned with Everything Blend.



Ingredients

6 mini or Persian cucumbers

1 tablespoon kosher salt (for cucumber prep)

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar

1 teaspoon of Everything Blend

1 teaspoon honey

3-4 drops sesame oil

Chili flakes if desired


Directions

Thinly slice the cucumbers and place in a colander. Sprinkle with the kosher salt and let sit over a drain for 20-30 minutes. Rinse well with cold water & lightly pat dry.

Mix remaining ingredients in serving bowl and add in the cucumbers.

Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving the cucumber salad.
